Auch hier handelt es sich wieder um einen Ausdruck aus der Typographie, den ich leider nicht finden konnte.

I am not an expert in the field, but as far as I am concerned, freier Zeilenfall is essentially the same as Flattersatz, i.e. non-justified text.

Eine Alternative wäre "staggered indentation", wie es bei unterschiedlichen Einrückungen von Gedichtzeilen gerne genannt wird.

Allgemeiner wäre "staggered typography", da kann aber z. B. auch die Fontgröße und Farbe der einzelnen Wörter variieren.
