Or is the term "mental training" OK?
Explanation: To be "training" doesn't sound quite right for a hotel spa, where you go mainly to feel good rather than do anything overly serious - coaching sounds a little bit more personal and "softer".

If you Google your phrase, all the hits are for the same hotel spa. If you then visit the hotel spa website, there's no mention of this service. Anything with "mental skills" sounds way OTT IMO. They might just have a couple of mind machines in the corner of the gym. If I was doing this, I'd phone the hotel and ask exactly what this service consists of.
