"Neben aller Hoffnung müssen Sie sich auch darauf einstellen, dass die Therapie eventuell nicht zum Erfolg führt. "

Context: Kinderwunsch Brochure ( infertility treatment).

Against all hope, however, you need to remain prepared that the therapy may not be a success.
