Bei Fernwärmeversorgung wird der anteilige Verbrauch der bezogenen Wärmelieferung allein anhand der nach gesetzlicher Vorschrift geeichten *****Untermessuhren***** ermittelt.

I imagine it is some sort of meter, but if anyone can suggest a translation, I would be very grateful.
