stepped rent agreement


Explanation:
"stepped rent" is the first translation we used for "Staffelmiete" in the IZ Real Estate Dictionary. "graduated rent" is the second and (US only) "step-up lease" the third.
In my (mainly European) experience, stepped rent is the most commonly-used term.
