contract-breach reduction in value over or under the 50% 'laesio enormis' threshold
Explanation:
Be careful about using Latin expressions which are unknown in Anglo-Am. contract law.

Also the Verkürzung - on mispresentation in contract or mis-statement in tort re the one-half true value of the *subject-matter of the sale* - needs to be exceeded: § 934 ABGB/AT Gen. Civil Code vs. § 351 a HGB/Comm. Code which takes the remedy away from traders who are supposed to know better.

laesio enormis

Explanation:

Der Satz könnte ungefähr so lauten: "The parties waive challenging the contract on the basis of laesio enormis (i.e. one party receives less and the other more than half of the actual value of the object of purchase)."
