Prospectively meaning hereafter and in the future vs. retrospectively or retroactively.

Also we need to know if the Gesellschaft as the subject is a partnership or co. 'Strictly, partnerships in the UK are dissolved and companies are wound up', only to go on to be dissolved when taken off the companies register as a 'defunct' company.
