The 'Konditionierung' here is referring to the conditions to which loans etc are negotiated - and obviously, the more real estate the company has to back it up, the better deal they will get with the bank for future mortgages, as they will be regarded as 'safe'.
I put "terms of assessment" in my last answer (Bewertungsbedingungen),m but in actual fact, maybe the 'terms' fits better here after all, so if you did choose to use the other answer, I'd change it back to conditions after all.... |
