German term or phrase: missing infinitive?

In the following sentence from a sales contract an infinitive appears (to me at any rate) to be missing at the very end.

Der Käufer übernimmt die Grunddienstbarkeit mit den zu Grunde liegenden Verpflichtungen. Dem Käufer ist die Urkunde des Notars xxxx vom 01.03.2011 (UR.Nr.xxxx G) bekannt. Das Grundpfandrecht wird vom Käufer nicht übernommen. Die hierdurch gesicherten Verbindlichkeiten des Verkäufers sind aus dem Kaufpreis Zug um Zug gegen Freigabe des hier verkauften Wohnungseigentums aus der Mithaft und Löschung der Grundpfandrechte im Wohnungsgrundbuch (*zu .....*).
