"Die Käufer übernehmen diese Grundschulden mit Vollzug der Auflassung zur dinglichen Haftung. Alle Eigentümerrechte und Rückgewähransprüche hin-sichtlich der Grundschulden werden mit Wirkung ab Kaufpreiszahlung, in jedem Fall ab Eigentumsumschreibung, auf die Käufer im vereinbarten Er-werbsverhältnis abgetreten.
