Explanation:
We don't have enough context, but this presumably means the cost of drawing up a power of attorney appointing lawyers to act for them.

My reference begins by specifying the names of the two parties and says that each is represented by one director. It then says "Vertretungsfeststellung erfolgt gesondert zu dieser Niederschrift".

The Vertretungsfeststellung is on the last two pages, and is a notarised statement that the two individuals are shown as directors in the companies register.
