Explanation: I looked in SAP's internal terminology DB and this term isn't an official SAP term. However, the term "Bestellentwicklungssatz" IS used, with the corresponding translation of "purchase order history record".
So I suggest "purchase order record" to separate it clearly from just an "order record".

More research using other official SAP terminology: "Bestellpreisentwicklungssatz" is translated as "order price history record" with "purchase order price history record" as a permitted synonym.
Again, this SAP terminology DB (issued by SAP) does not contain Bestellsatz, but I think the use of "purchase order" to separate the term from Auftragssatz (which has the official translation of just "order record").
@ Stephen and Rainer - I'd be interested to know which (version number, etc) "SAP dictionaries" you are looking up? This info would be very helpful for those of us who post/answer SAP questions to see. Thanks a lot!
