Zur Erhaltung des Formniveaus ist nach geltendem Recht eine elektronisch beglaubigte Abschrift der in das Archiv eingestellten Urkunden nach § 39a BeurkG erforderlich. Zu jeder Urkunde wäre damit die qualifizierte elektronische Signatur des beglaubigenden Notars mit zu archivieren. Sollen Rechtsfolgen, also insbesondere der
Fortbestand der Eigenschaft als öffentliche Urkunde, an die Signatur geknüpft werden, so ist vor Auslaufen der Sicherheitseignung der verwendeten Algorithmen deren *übersignatur* erforderlich (§ 17 SigV). Praktisch geschieht dies unter Verwendung
qualifizierter Zeitstempel. |
