Bus/Financial - SAP | | German term or phrase: Einlageentsteuerung | Can anyone clarify the meaning of 'Einlageentsteurung', specifically as it compares to 'Vorsteuerabzug.' The client's materials seem to use both terms interchangeably to refer to 'input tax deduction', but as I work further into the document and the terms appear together in the same sentences, this seems more and more unlikely. I'd be grateful for any insight, I've included one such sentence and a rough attempt at translation below.

Bemessungsgrundlage für die Berechnung der mehrwertsteuerlichen Folgen einer Nutzungsänderung bei unbeweglichen Gegenständen ist grundsätzlich der Marktwert (ohne Wert des Bodens), höchstens jedoch der Wert der Aufwendungen, welcher seinerzeit zum Vorsteuerabzug berechtigte (Eigenverbrauchsbesteuerung) bzw. welcher seinerzeit mit Mehrwertsteuer belastet war, welche noch nicht als Vorsteuer geltend gemacht wurde (Einlageentsteuerung).
