German term or phrase: Multiplikator(in)
people working with Muslim girls and young women from a migrant background; Internet searches have also yielded the German term on various education-related sites.
I am sure there must be a more elegant word that this. I would guess that in this case the role of the disseminator would be to gather & pass on information that may be of use to the girls as they settle into their new communities. I assume the information would be wide ranging & cover topics such as education, careers, health, social welfare etc. Thus, a disseminator will act as a source of information.
I hope this helps.

without seeing the term in the sentence it's hard to tell. In a business context "Multiplikator" is often "multiplier".
it's referring to a person but thanks anyway
