German term or phrase: Schweißbahn
Some kind of construction/parts used with flooring in cabins.
I presume it has some connection to ventilation.
English translation:weldable bitumen sheeting
You can substitute "bitumen" for "asphalt" and "sheeting" for sheet".
This is what "Fachwörterbuch Bauwesen" offers (I recommend it, BTW, it's a good dictionary). They also offer "welded bitumen (asphalt) sheeting".
Another of my specialist building and construction dictionaries *the standard Buksch) offers "welded asphalt sheeting" and says [It is applied in two layers welded together by blow lamp after adhesion of the first layer to the structure].

roofing felt, / tarred felt
Used to make roofs (roofing felt), or floor waterproof.
The german name Schweißbahn comes from Scheißen = to melt, because the elements are placed side by side to cover the surface to protect and are melted together along their contact sides to seal properly.
