German term or phrase: Überdrehungen, Flattergrate
context: design of a high pressure washing line for removal of chips from/deburring of VCT rotors after machining (last operation: brushing).

Could Überdrehung be another term for O.D., and Flattergrate burrs caused by wobble or chatter?
Thanks in advance for any help.
Flügelnut is short for Flügeleinstecknut (vane insert groove)

English translation:turned diameters; loosely attached burrs ('dangling')
Explanation:
This refers to an area which has been turned by a lathe and it would produce 'Flattergrat'. I haven't heard this expression before, but I know what the mean. The burr, normally short and firmly attached to the edge, would be longer and dangling from the edge.
