"Der Wasserschluckwert Mod K(f) muß bei sandreichen Dränschichtbaustoffen bei LK 100 > 5 mm/min betragen."

I found an explanation of the DIN 18 035 testing procedure involved, at http://www.heidenlabor.de/files/HL Info 2.pdf, from which I learn u.a. that LK = Laborkapazität, but I still can´t really grasp this sentence. Any help appreciated.
