exposure bracketing Explanation: Belichtungsreihe - exposure bracketing series;, exposure bracketing Belichtungsreihenautomatik - auto bracketing (mode); automatic bracketing control [Richter, Optik, Foto, Video] See also . Auto Exposure Bracketing is built in and allows the user to take two or three consecutive pictures of the same scene with changing EV values in increments of 1/3, 2/3 and 1 EV. With Custom Setting, the user can select the order of the compensation, too, and this will be shown as a bar-graph in the rear LCD panel.www.klt.co.jp/Nikon/35mm/f5/Features/Exposure/bracketing.ht... A search on "exposure bracketing" should yield a wealth of info. Good luck. Reference: http://www.klt.co.jp/Nikon/35mm/f100/Product_Details/Feature... |

automatic bracketing function Explanation: I believe I would go with "auto bracketing" as Nikon and Pentax do below. Since they both use the expression, it is probably not copyrighted. To play it safe though, you could use the full word "automatic". Adding the word "function" brings your translation closer to your source text and helps to avoid copying Nikon or Pentax too closely. The "auto" or "automatic" part is very important because "exposure bracketing" has been around for years. In the old days, we did it manually (and uncomfortably slowly with the possibility of error). The relatively new feature your text is discussing is very fast, accurate and automatic. http://www.minoltaeurope.com/pe/slr/dynax/dynax7.html#mf "multiple exposures with bracketing" http://www.pentaxeurope.com/web/online/cam/index.html "auto bracketing" http://www.nikon.co.jp/main/eng/news/maye3_98.htm "auto bracketing compensation" HTH - Dan |
