Tech/Engineering
German term or phrase: Nutzenschnitt, Machungsausfall, Klingenschnitt, Huelse
The context is a Rollenschneider (this also applies to my question regarding "austellern"). There is not much context.
Bei Nutzenschnitt identische Innen- und Aussendurchmesser pro Wicklung.
Die Einsatzmoeglichkeit von Kunststoff-Huelsen wird noch geklaert.
Der Machungsausfall in Bezug auf Flaechengewichstoleranzen und Planlage gestattet Schmalschnitte ohne Einzelfriktion.
Schnittart: Klingenschnitt

Thanks in advance, again!!

English translation:Core and blade cut
Explanation:
I am afraid that I cannot help you with all the terms, in other words - Machungsaufall and Nutzen. For Nutzen, Ernst offers with regard to books copies produced from one sheet, but...

As regards Klingenschnitt, this would be blade cut, See www.metzner.de

Hulse: This is called core, thus in this case plastic core. You can also find cardboard "cores" on which materials are rolled. See: http://www.google.com/search?q=cardboard+core&hl=en&lr=&safe...

Hope this helped some!!!

cuttings( clippings)/blade cut

Explanation:
I'm not sure if your text relates to paper ?
Machungsausfälle could maybe the waste material that is produced during the manufacturing process.Compare this glossary entry:
"Cuttings: Clippings and shavings left over from the process of final cutting to size of the manufactured sheets or rolls of paper. In the pulp and paper industry, the word also refers to papers that have been previously used, and that have been collected for recycling. "

Klingenschnitt seems to be blade cut, as Leipzig pointed out
(see:www.jagenberg.com/english/html/news/10.htm)
sorry I cannot come up with anything intelligent for Nutzenschnitt...

stripe cut

Explanation:
Hallo.
