The whole sentence reads:
'Hydrostat zieht bei O Stellung rückwärts'
and I would appreciate some help with all of it!
The sentence is a a fault with the hydrostat of a piece of agricultural machinery - a 'Häcksler', described by Ernst as a 'straw cutter'. I do not know what 'O Stellung' is and therefore don't know how to translate 'rückwärtsziehen'.
