My theory is ... Explanation: that during operation when the cutter section is lifted up or lowered some parts of the drum are operating when they are not supposed to. My suggestion: If during the straw cutting operation the cutter section is tilted up or down some parts of the drum are operating. You will have to figure out if this fits in your context.
