It depends on the context.
If someone is about to leave the room after using a floppy in a computer and you want to remind them not to take their floppy with them you'd probably say: "Don't forget your floppy".
If they're coming to your house, for example, to use your computer you might remind them to bring their floppy, it would be "...and don't forget to bring your floppy"
