barrette / Barre Explanation: "Bartee" delivers nothing on Google, so I think it is a typo and they meant either 1) a "Barette". Ernst translates this as a "berette" (Kurzbalken), or 2) a "Barre" which is trabnslated as a "coastal bar" (hydrology). Since your not into hydrology with you machine tools, I would opt for 1.
