Der Hubwagen ist als Schweißkonstruktion aus Profilstahl und Stahlblechen ausgeführt. Die Führung des Hubwagens erfolgt über Rollenböcke mit kugelgelagerten Laufrollen. Die Laufrollen können über Exzenter nachgestellt werden. Die Verstellrichtung der Exzenter ist am Rollenbock durch +/-Markierungen gekennzeichnet.
