German term or phrase: Faser-Bragg-Gitter (sentence)
Auf Grund der gennanten Formaenderung resultiert in einem dem einen Sensorelement zugeordneten Faser-Bragg-Gitter beispielsweise eine Verschiebung einer zugehoerigen Bragg-Wellenlaenge.

My translation:
The aforementioned form change results in an in-fibre fibre Bragg grating sensor allotted to a sensor element, for example the shift of an associated Bragg wavelength.

This doesnt seem to make sense to me. Help!

English translation:fiber Bragg grating
Explanation:
as I mentioned in your question about the Bragg-Gitter, this is just a Bragg grating, the sensor element is a separate part:

thus

The above-mentioned change in shape results, for example, in a shift of the associated Bragg wavelength in the fiber Bragg grating assigned to one sensor element.
