Es gibt Kunden, die als Jahresinkassokunden abgerechnet werden - jedoch eigentlich den Geschäftskunden zuzuordnen sind und daher auch im Focus System geführt werden. Um zu vermeiden, dass die Absatzmengen dieser Kunden sowohl bei den Privat- und Gewerbekundenplustern wie bei den Geschäftskunden berechnet werden, enthält das Objekt Kundencluster das Attribut ‚Cluster enthält Geschäftskunden im Jahresinkasso’. Die Angabe erfolgt in % und legt fest, wie viel der Absatzmenge des Clusters von Kunden verursacht wird, die bereits in Geschäftskundenclustern abgebildet werden. Der Prozentsatz wird bei der Absatzmengenplanung automatisch durch das System von der Absatzmenge des Clusters abgezogen. Die Kundenanzahl solcher Kunden wird um den gleichen Prozentsatz reduziert.
