Explanation:
Druckfestigkeit is "compressive strength" (or "compression strength"). I suspect the pipes may have a ring or rings around them, hence "Ringdruckfestigkeit", and "ring compressive strength" or maybe "compressive strength of the pipes' ring(s)". Hope this has been of some assistance.
