Our builders are using Dichtschlämme from Ruberstein in the place we just bought. On the side of the cans it reads "Ruberstein Moisture Barriers: Insulation Paint." I would suggest either that or "insulation epoxy," depending on the context and the contents. Check out their website for more information (link below). Hope this helps,
