Smoke removal unit or... Explanation: just plain smoke remover. The latter gets more hits at Alta Vista, though the former might scan better. Hope this helps. Will Reference: http://www.kiawyuen.com/smoke.htm Reference: http://www.fan.hi-ho.ne.jp/techno/k7.html |

Smoke escape, smoke vent Explanation: This is an educated guess: if "Entlüftung" means i.a. air escape/vent (Langenscheidt technical dictionary), it seems logical for "Entraucherung" to be a smoke vent, built in to prevent smoke filling the kitchen, as sometimes happens (especially to me!) when the oven is heated and there are food (or other) deposits which have not been cleaned from it. HTH! |

?? a function of the "self-cleaning" feature ?? Explanation: Is it possible that the Umlaut is missing? - If so it could mean the removal of smoke (cooking vapor) deposits on the oven walls. The only AltaVista/Northern Light hit I got was for that spelling with that meaning. - If so it might be a function of the "self-cleaning" feature. http://www.bgvv.de/fbs/chem/civs/7509.htm - |
