I have no idea why there is a 'Himmel' in that word but 'klappen' means to shut. There google hit for 'Klapphimmel'. The link below: pivoted clamps for computer hardware. 'Schwenkbefestigung' is a generic enough term. 'Schwenken' means to pivot, rotate, swivel, slew.
