There is a diagram of the planer: the knob that adjusts the cutting depth has an arrow pointed at it, and then
(one below the other)
Feststellschraube refers to the screw in front, which I imagine secures the cutting depth once you've adjusted it.
I need the correct terms in English, though, not just my interpretation of it, and can't find any diagrams on the Internet either.
Einschaltsperre refers to the switch near the on/off switch. I'm not sure what it does, and what it's called in English

Siemens gives lock screw or locking screw for Feststellschraube, and the ff for Einschaltsperre:
closing lock-out, lock-out preventing closing/ starting lockout, starting inhibiting circuit, safeguard preventing an unintentional start-up (take your pick)
