|(double/dual) sleeve foundation/bucket foundation|
The first source gives "sleeve foundation" for "Köcherfundament", the second one adds "bucket foundation". Seem to be rare beasts, though, scoring some 35 Google hits total. No hits for double or dual.

Köcher = shaft (in a construction context)
The authors seem to be quite inventive in their choice of terms (my translation does not get a single hit on Google)
