multisegment conduit, conduits using multiple segments
Explanation:
This assumes that the German is Rohrzuege aus Mehrfachteilen.

If, however, it is Rohrzuege aus MehrfachteileRn, then you might use

conduits using multiple splitters

I find it difficult to understand how Rohrzuege can consist of Teilern (\"aus\"), but it may also be \"split conduit segments\" I am unsure whether the \"Teiler\" is an electronic component or the fact that the conduit is manufactured with \"Y shaped\" paths to branch off to other locations. Sorry, best I can offer.

neutral  Ken Cox: possibly 'multiduct conduit' (a good number of google hits, but nothing that seems to explain what it means). Note that a 'Mehrfachteiler' by itself is a partitioned storage system, desk organiser or the like.
