This phrase occurs in the description of a waistcoat and the text is for promotional purposes. I am unsure how to translate 'Abschlüsse' in this context. The full context is as follows:

"Kürzere Wickelweste mit, feinem Strickmuster aus kuschelig weichem Baumwoll-Angora-Gemisch. Die Weste wird mit langen Bindebändchen verschlossen, die harmonisch in die vordere Kante übergehen. Sämtliche *Abschlüsse* rollen sich leicht ein. Sportlich und elegant vielseitig einsetzbar."

Explanation:
I thought about hems, but this is a knit article, and maybe has no actual hems (which might also be why the edges of the garment roll up slightly?)

By the way, you've given me the answer to a question that has plagued me for some time – I had a hard time believing a Weste (US vest) is really called a waistcoat in UK English (despite Google-based information that it is) but it seems to be the case :)
