Had a call from the client, but it's not exactly enlightening. The agency designing the new website simply copy-pasted the text from the old site, and it turns out that no one knows what the term actually means. They suspect the term was made up to begin with, and my (admittedly only google) research seems to confirm that. Their solution has been to delete the sentence, so problem solved - sort of. Thanks everyone for their input - have used bits of it in my translation :-) |
