(domed) brine bath

Explanation:
A "Solebad" is a brine bath (see link) - common in spas here!
So this is obviously some sort of "domed" construction housing such a brine bath

agree  phillee: Much as "brine bath" is a correct term. If I was advertising my hotel - it would be "Salt Spa" for stylistic reasons.

brine steam bath

Brine Steam Bath
Climate:
Temperature: 40°C to 46°C.
Humidity: about 90 to100 percent.
Duration of use: 15 to 20 minutes.
Heating: bench heating (about 38°C).

FIRE+ICE enables you to take a deep breath.

Fine mist of sea salts and essential eucalyptus and mint extracts cleanse and care for the respiratory tract, the lungs and the bronchi. A kind of maritime climate is generated by the special brine and the steam brine technique developed by FIRE+ICE, along with the radiant heat in the cabin.

The difference to a brine bath is that in a brine steam bath you obviously don't swim

Maybe I should point out that Esther's reference clearly points to a steam bath, hence "vernebelt" (steamed) and the reference to "Lungenbeschwerden", which perfectly matches the care "for the respiratory tract, the lungs and the bronchi" (s. 2nd quote above) and would not make much sense if not referring to a steam bath.

And this one: "... einen großen Sole-Dom, ein Dampfbad mit Sole-Nebel"

Example sentence(s):
  • Im Sole-Dom wird Salzwasser vernebelt und ist somit ideal bei Lungenbeschwerden und für die Haut.
