German to English translations [PRO]
Marketing - Tourism & Travel
German term or phrase: Ausgewogenheit
Having fiddled around with this one sentence for over half and hour now, my mind has gone on strike. I would be grateful for any inspirational ideas:

(Text: hotel description)

"... eine Atmosphäre, in der sich Schönheit, Spannung und Entspannung, Ausgewogenheit, Echtheit, Freude und Glücklichsein miteinander verbinden"

English translation:balance
Explanation:
"Harmony" might also be an acceptable substitute, since "balance" by itself doesn't mean much of anything. This type of marketing text usually permits a little poetic license: You could change the sentence a bit to make it "sound" better, for example:
"...combines beauty and balance, exhilaration/excitement and relaxation,..."
This might help put you on a different track, even if you don't choose to use this suggestion. The original isn't at all logical, just a string of words supposed to evoke positive emotions, so you might want to play with it until you find a solution you think is appropriate to the tenor of the text as a whole.

Hope this helps a little
