Final slide from a powerpoint presentation of a big tour operator hoping to attract more partners.

"We're are your service" or "we're here to serve you" scheint mir einfach zu "unterwürfig"...
Hat velleicht jemand einen besseren Vorschlag?

"Wir sind gerne für Sie da!"
We aim to please and are happy to be there for you!

Explanation:
You are right in wanting to express a motivating, happy "Punch-line". So here is my suggestion.
Best regards,
Susanna

agree  Jeux de Mots: Agree with Alison

agree  Horst Huber: Happy definitely conveys "gern". "Help" or "serve" -- which would more directly convey that we are ready and helpful?
4 hrs

agree  Textklick: With Alison. Positive thinking (and not 'unterwürfig').
5 hrs

agree  Rose Newell: I think the "you" is implicit in English, as can sometimes be the case in some marketing translations.
7 hrs

agree  Nicola Wood: Agree with Rose, the you is implicit and unnecessary - as per your original suggestion

We're at your service!

Explanation:
This expresses that 'they are there for you' in a commonly used idiomatic way. Also punchy.

Explanation:
Here we are, the one-stop-shop for all your travel needs

I don't think, it's a bad idea to use this as the last slide.

Somewhat different from the other answers in the sense that the focus is not on on the service such as "we are at your disposal..... at your service...... all times, etc. which I thought was implied. What I wanted to highlight was that - you need not have to look out anywhere else, just drop in and we will ensure that you get what you wanted....
