German term or phrase: 7=6

Hotel pricelist - Seven nights for the price of 6 - my question to UK colleagues is would an English-speaking guest understand this in a hotel brochure (pricelist)? "7 nights for the price of 6" is obviously clearer but a bit too long and wordy for the client.

No, "=" wouldn't make sense, imho. It wouldn't even make sense in German, I think - at least I wouldn't understand right away what it is supposed to say.

transatgees: Agree with the suggestion, and to answer your question to Anke if I may, I don't think a British person reading 6 = 7 would necessarily understand what it was supposed to mean.
