Departure sidings and holding sidings
Explanation:
In Germany, the "Gruppe" is a set of sidings; the first is for trains serviced and ready to take up their next diagrammed working; the second is for trains having finished a booked diagram and awaiting servicing or repair. There might be a third group, if the depot is large enough - an "Abstellgruppe", or "storage sidings" for vehicles awaiting a decision as to their future, for example. Rummelsburg is, I think, probably too small for this third group, sandwiched as it is in a rather residential neighbourhood; they have many other possibilities for storing rolling stock around Berlin.
