As to "um": here, this means "relocation". Bear in mind they may only be removing a metre from one side and putting it on the other, but it's still "relocated".
Also, the "S-Bahn" in Berlin is NOT a "streetcar"; it is the suburban rail network, and it feeds off 750 VDC third rail (side-contact), hence no overhead wiring here!!

By the way, I think you should consider \"railway arcades\" and not \"passages\" here, as I think that\'s what the project is all about. I have been to Potsdam too, and I think that\'s quite a possibility. But how silly of me to miss spotting the \"um\" you were meaning - thanks, Sylvia |
