"Vorhaltegebuehren" kann man als eine Art von Lagergebuehren ansehen - wenn die Leute "Lagergebuehren bzw. Vorhaltegebuehren" schreiben, wollen sie darauf hinweisen, dass es sich um die Lagergebuehren handelt, die anfallen, wenn nach der Anlieferung der Kunde die Waren nicht rechtzeitig abholt. Man koennte diese Sache natuerlich auch auf English noch spezifischer ausdruecken "(additional) storage fees for late pick up" oder so aehnlich.
