German term or phrase: Liefervorlage
Hi all,
in a flow chart describing "Lagerstammdaten" (Inventory master data), one of the steps is called "Liefervorlagen pflegen". It is preceded by "Abgangsauftraege verwenden", which are Goods Issue Orders.
But what could these "Liefervorlagen" be??

Any ideas out there?

The translation is about as general as the original, but I am wondering if this could simply mean documents accompanying deliveries,e.g. description of package contents, special handling, etc.
