German term or phrase: Aufbauplanung
Hello again,

This is from the logistics optimisation software documentation I'm translating at the moment. I'm a bit stumped by the term "Aufbauplanung" in the following sentence. Any ideas?

"Hat sich eine größere Anzahl an Nachzügler-Aufträgen zu bereits bestehenden Touren angesammelt, so lassen sie sich über eine ***Aufbauplanung*** bequem einbinden."

Thanks a lot!

load(ing) plan update
Explanation:
If I understand the situation correctly, one or more deliveries are already planned based on orders already received. Then some more goods are ordered after the planning stage (which covers what goes on which truck and in which order and location is it loaded) which means that the planning now has to be revised.

If you want a noun then I suggest "load(ing) plan update".
If your term is the name of a software function then "Update load(ing) plan".

This works well, thank you very much! (Yes, this seems to be exactly what's going on).

as such, but here it sounds more like 'contingency plan'

neutral  Raghunathan: Klaus - since it says it could be easily integrated with the current plan, I think, use of 'contingency plan' may not be appropriate

permits easy integration with plan

Explanation:
it could be easily integrated with the existing plan (in this case the loading or pick-up programme).

in other words, the incorporation of the additional loadings that has become necessary after the finalisation of the plan could be easily merged with the planned action for execution
