The text is a Siemens paper relating to a system of automatic doors for unit trains (Triebwagen), including Triebwagen that are combined into overall trains (Zugverbaende). The text reads "durch die elektronische Leitebene wird ein sogennantes 'fuehrendes Fahrzeug' im Rahmen einer WTB-Taufe festgelegt. Das 'fuehrende Fahrzeug' ist in aller regel der Triebzug, in dem der Fuehrerraum besetzt ist. Alle anderen Triebzuege erhalten dann die Zuordnung 'gefuehrtes Fahrzueg'.

I understand the concept, namely that the lead Triebzug of the Zugverband is "christened" the "lead unit", but am curious about the acronum WTB-Taufe. It seems to mean "designation of the cars" but I would appreciate any tips on this seeming term of art.
