German term or phrase: Infahrtwaage
This is from a joint distribution agreement involving various scales. One is referred to as:

Infahrtwaagen

It must be a pretty rare term as I only got a mere handful of Google hits for this German term by itself. I guess the idea is that weighing can be done when the vehicle (in this case, rail cars) are in motion. I know on airplanes they make reference to "in-flight". I don't know if "in-trip scales" or something like that might work.
