To do with railway logistics. I'm not sure what Gestellung means here.

you would perhaps have to turn the sentence slightly differently for easier comprehension in English

Some contracts of carriage place specific demands on the train (they say "wagon" but...) consist which makes the task of providing the right wagons in the right place even more complicated (ensuring that the right wagons are in the right place)
