Explanation:
in case of exhausted stocks / when (running) out of stock

There are a couple of hits for the participle "ausdisponiert" leading me to believe that they refer to buyers of such bathmats running out of stock and thus having to re-order products. In this case, the manufacturer advertises the option of (re-)ordering small quantities.
