My sentence to be translated:

Der Vertrag/die Bestellung ist mit allen Anlagen (Pflichtenheft, Preisblanketten, etc.) und der Dienstleisterauswahl dem Unterzeichnungsberechtigten rechtzeitig zur Unterschrift vorzulegen.

and there are more German hits, all related to logistics outsourcing (to "3PL providers"),
but I have no idea of how this is called in English.

disagree  Oliver Walter: A sticker is a Plakette, not a Blankette, and in any case a sticker isn't part of "mit allen Anlagen".
